Exceptionally complete early King
James Bible in RARE EXCELLENT condition
Exquisitely bound, 1619, very early (only
after the first edition of the KJV was first published) and complete
in VERY aspect quarto-sized King James
bound with extra books in an overall beautiful condition: bound with
a Book of Common Prayer (complete with red and black 1619 title page
- very rare!), Speed's Genealogies (complete with title and the rare
double page map of Canaan), the Apocrypha, and a metric Psalter
(1619 title and musical bars- also all complete ending with colophon
- very rare). Gorgeously (very professionally) rebound in attractive,
antique contemporary style leather covers, and a spine with the text "King
1619" printed in
gold letters. The Bible text is printed in double
columns in Roman font.

page is a woodcut-engraved title with words in a sort of heart shape
in the center; woodcuts depict 12 tribes of Israel and 12 disciples.
This quarto sized Bible is in
an overall EXCELLENT and DAILY USABLE condition. The binding is
museum-quality re-done and in a superb and daily useable condition.
