An exact 1986 facsimile of the first English Bible with an Introduction by Donald L. Brake. From Rawlinson 259 MSS. in the Bodleian Library in Oxford, England. 1,000 copies were printed with only 100 bound in leather. This copy has a custom leather binding that exceeds the others in quality.

Binding
Attractively bound by Starr Bookworks in brown calf. Boards paneled in blind with blind rolls. Spine with four raised bands, elaborate blind tooling to compartments, and a red gilt-lined morocco label with the words “Wycliffe New Testament” lettered in gilt. Date of 1385 to foot of spine. Plain endpapers. All edges gilt.
Condition
Clean, bright, and tight. Binding is rubbed and some scratches to the gilt.
